Our Careteam

Veterinary Assistant

Amy has been caring for pets ever since her early days growing up here in Dublin. She’s always wanted to give something back to the animals who have offered so much love, loyalty, and joy over the years—working in the veterinary field allows Amy to do just that!

Amy’s veterinary career began when she secured an internship at another local animal hospital through her high school’s occupational program. It didn’t take long for her to become an employee! Next, Amy joined the Dublin Veterinary Hospital team to further her hands-on experience in the world of animal care. She serves the pets of her hometown as a Veterinary Assistant, and currently attends Foothill College to study veterinary technology. Amy plans on becoming a Veterinary Technician in the near future!

Here at the hospital, Amy is particularly fond of assisting in surgeries and learning about new procedures on a daily basis. Most of all, she likes meeting new puppies and kittens and interacting directly with the area’s loving pet owners.

When she’s not at work, Amy enjoys playing the piano—she’s been playing for more than 13 years now!—and doting on her own pets at home. She shares her life with a hyperactive puppy named Kimbra, as well as three cats: cuddle-loving Casper; Garfield, who thinks he is king of the house; and the adventurous and sassy Korra.

Veterinary Assistant

Arianna has always enjoyed helping squirrels, birds, and other wildlife in whatever way she could, and she’s had a fascination with the world of medicine for as long as she can remember. For her, one choice of career made perfect sense: why not couple her interest in medicine with her passion for pets by working in the veterinary world?

Arianna grew up in San Leandro and Dublin, and attends Carrington College to study animal care. Through her schooling, she was assigned clinical hours at another local pet hospital, where she learned the ropes of the profession. Now, she’s proud to serve the pets and animal owners of the area as a member of the Dublin Veterinary Hospital team—Arianna particularly likes keeping the hospital clean and helping to assist doctors and Technicians in the exam rooms.

When time allows between her work and school commitments, Arianna likes drawing, painting, and spending time with her family at home. She lives with one pet: Belle, a quirky Teacup Yorkie. Belle likes to act more like a human than a dog, and even refuses to eat until the entire family is sitting down together for dinner.

Dylan is a pet owner himself, so he’s no stranger to the love, loyalty, and companionship that our animal friends provide. When one of his cats fell ill and required quick veterinary attention to return to full health, Dylan had a thought: why not combine his personal interest in the medical field with his lifelong love of pets? He’s worked in the veterinary field ever since!

Dylan grew up here in Dublin and became a member of the clinic family shortly after graduating from high school. Now, he’s been serving pets and animal owners here for nearly five years! Dylan was trained on-site to become a Veterinary Assistant, and holds particular interests in radiology work and surgical procedures.

Away from work, Dylan is an active musician and loves to play the guitar and write music with his two bands. He also likes spending quality time with his menagerie of pets at home. He and his family live with five cats—Smokey, Curly, Monkey, Lexy, and Strax—as well as four turtles, two rabbits, a snake, a bearded dragon, geckos and chameleons, and a variety of fish.

When she has time between work and her collegiate studies, Josellin likes to catch up on her favorite movies and television shows and relax with her family and friends.
